Frontier Youth Trust keeps personal data (such as names, addresses and email addresses) for the purposes of communicating by email and post with those working with young people to highlight resources, training events and networking opportunities. We are keen to keep in touch with you in ways that you appreciate and find useful. We will not pass any of your contact details to any third parties without your consent. We will store your personal data securely and only use it for the purpose that you have given it. You will be added to our email list, and if you also provide your postal address we will send you a physical copy of our Zine (usually three times per year).
At any time, you can remove yourself from this list by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at info@fyt.org.uk. You may also ask to see what personal data we hold about you and you can ask for your data to be removed from our systems. (The only exception to this is that, when you have donated money, we will retain records associated with your name and address for a period of 6 years from your final donation to comply with our legal obligations under accounting law.)
